Ok, Barbie Girl was excellent for exactly 6 minutes back in 1997 and I think everyone on earth had the aquarium album. Both that album and their second, Aqaurius, were heavy on the kitchy pop. I kind of think of them as a techno B-52's. On speed. a friend recently asked me to get him some Aqua remixes and Surprise! I have like 500 of them. Also, I had a huge crush on the blonde guy who is now married to singer Lene.

UM and I had a brief discussion on the merits of 2 unlimited and AB Logic. Granted each of them had like 3 good songs, but I say AB Logic was vastly better. maybe it's because they remind me of my time in Iowa city and what a blast that was? it's perfect early 90's euro-pap trash. Enjoy!

thumbelina came out in 1994. my friend mike had the vhs and the soundtrack. I HATED it. 10 minutes later it was all stuck in my head. My friend Paul was also a huge fan. 12 years later, I found the dvd AND the soundtrack cd. Enjoy.
